"Perfect place for a family trip to NYC. 10-12 min walk to Central Park, close to subways, numerous great eateries. Convenient. Rooms with plenty of space (by NYC standards) and kitchen area has full sized fridge and even a stove/mini oven, all impressive for the rates!!!! Tons of large closets for storage. We had our 4 kids with us ages 4 to 14 and we all loved it."

"The hotel is unique in decor. It is older, but very clean and antique decor. I loved it. We were pleasantly surprised to get a larger room. Very close to Central Park and Museum across the street. Also subway is close. We walked to the theatre district for a play. I was so happy to find that cleaning staff found my wallet. I had left it in the safe and staff had given it to the office. "The staff were great. Bellhops securely stored our luggage prior to check in. Complimentary water upon arrival. Beautiful lobby and rooms in beautiful area right by Lincoln Center. Very spacious room. The extremely dim hall lights with the dark brown wallpaper made for really dark hallways. We would definitely stay there again. "
