We enjoyed our stay, staff were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the air conditioner wasn’t working so the room was very warm, but was otherwise clean. I would stay here again, good value for the stay.

I stayed in room 426 and there was nonstop noise all night long above me. There were people arguing screaming. It was a big party. At some point, it sounded like people were wrestling Another thing that could be improved is when I shut my door to my room and turn the lights off I could see the hall lights around the frame of my door For the kind of money that was spent, I did not totally enjoy the experience

Staff was very friendly. The shower could have used a better cleaning but by the time I got in the shower at 11pm after a long day of steering and a concert I just didn’t care enough to complain. Rest of the room was very clean and nice.

Terrible terrible place! Our balcony was greenish, full of algae. Old hotel with faucets fallen apart! We also didn’t have microwave in the room. When I went to the front desk to ask if I could pay for one in our room, they said they don’t have any available. There also wasn’t a public microwave to use neither would their kitchen help us! Definitely not a place to stay!

I gave this hotel 4 stars, because I got a great night's sleep, because the bed was just the right degree of firmness for me. But, in the morning, while there was a coffee maker & plenty of coffee & black tea bags, & sugar, & artificial sweetner, there was no milk or cream in the mini fridge. In fact there was nothing in the mini fridge. Anyways, I prefer herbal tea, which was not provided. And, if there had been milk or cream for coffee, I also prefer brown sugar in my coffee.

The in house restaurant was not a good as I expected as the sat. and sunday food was on the cool to cold side. On the other hand the bed was excellent and the bathroom floor was heated with a very good shower. I woulld recommend this hotel for a stay.

Clean but somewhat date rooms. We had a ground floor room and about 10:30 at night a small group of men had a ‘party’ on the grounds outside our room. We called the front desk and while the group were spoken to, it appears these people were long-term renters. ‘Apartment renters’ they were called. Party ended at 1:30 am. For this reason alone we would not choose to stay here again.

Phone and lamp not working. No remote for Tv and coffe maker not working. Comfortable room chair removed along with art work on walls. All couches removed from lobby and cheap plastic lawn chairs used in bar and free areas. Was there last July and it was a very different hotel. It now appears to function like a student dorm.

I recently stayed at Toronto Don Valley Hotel and Suites and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. Here's a breakdown of my concerns: Cleanliness: The cleanliness of the hotel left much to be desired. Upon entering my room, I immediately noticed a strong dingy smell which I assumed was the dirty carpet. The bathroom also appeared to be inadequately cleaned, with noticeable grime in the corners and on the fixtures. Overall, the lack of cleanliness greatly impacted my comfort during my stay. Limited Plugs and Broken Fixtures: One of the most frustrating aspects of my stay was the limited availability of functioning electrical plugs. The few plugs that were accessible were either broken or barely holding on, making it difficult to charge my devices. Maintenance Issues: The maintenance of the hotel was clearly lacking. The door handle of the sliding door in my room came off completely, posing a safety hazard and making it difficult to secure the room. Additionally, the lack of available parking spaces was disappointing and inconvenienced guests who were expecting convenient access to parking facilities. Overall, my experience at Toronto Don Valley Hotel and Suites was disappointing due to the lack of cleanliness, limited functioning plugs, broken fixtures, and inadequate parking facilities.
