"The hotel is in an old building with minimal amenities. However the staffs are super nice and helpful and it is located in a beautiful neighborhood. Belleview mall and Yonge Street are 15-18 min away. Good value for the space and the beds are comfy too. "

"Located in or near an industrial park, clean, modern, comfortable, near many fast food restaurants, gaz stations… fair price value ratio. Met Advertised Expectations."

"Nice hotel (fairly new), clean and easily accessible off 401. Breakfast could stand to be improved though. "

"I stayed here because I was taking part in the Toronto Marathon. The hotel is a short walk away from the starting line, and easy to get back too as its close to a main subway. There are plenty of restaurants nearby but, the hotel does put on a great dinner and breakfast. The staff was very friendly and personable. Definitely would stay here again!"

"The entrance to the hotel is very hard to find. I saw multiple cars turn in and do exactly what I did. I was confused as I turned into a Honda place and the driveway to the Holiday Inn wasn’t clearly marked. I thought that I was in the wrong place. "
