The apartment feels is unique and convenient. The communication over the phone regarding parking was not clear. The valet was full and we had to park pretty far away and walk.

The Mint House was outstanding! Our flat ( apt) was loaded with all we needed It’s super clean Pool area very clean I’d recommend to all my friends Great location for walking Central Ave too

Very upscale, safe, quiet, new/modern property. Great coffee shop, burrito place and bars on same block. Easy and safe walk to Janus Landing, The Trop and other fun DTSP areas! 17-min drive to beautiful Treasure Island Beach. Wish parking was included, but used Park Mobile app and reasonable overnight, safe parking only 1/4 mi walk. Highly recommend Mint House!
