Located in the heart of downtown St. John s, This fully furnished top floor apartment was built in the late 1800 s and has much remaining charm and character.

The home is walking distance from all downtown attractions as well as Signal Hill, Quidi Vidi Village, Bannerman Park and The Rooms. Great central location right in the middle of it all!!

Apartment comes complete with washer/dryer, towels, blankets, dishes, wifi, and cable TV. Come, relax and enjoy.

In need of maintenance
This property is in great need of repairs and maintenance. The kitchen floor tiles are cracked and some lifted and sharp. Upstairs windows have no screens and one doesn’t even open. Extremely hot, only one fan provided. Deck and chairs were dirty and bbq is not usable. Good location
