"A gorgeous boutique hotel, with the most accommodating staff and host. Manuel was incredibly responsive to any questions or requests. I stayed before and after doing a 4 day Inca Trail hike, and my luggage was securely stored and placed in my room upon my return. Breakfast was excellent. Very central to Plaza de Armas without being noisy. Perfect place to stay in Cusco. Highly recommend."

"No dia que chegamos não tínhamos água com a gente e minha esposa estava com enxaqueca! Ela desceu na recepção para procurar água o recepcionista disse que não tinha bebedor ali e que ela teria que ir em um mercadinho que estava as 5 minutos do hotel… isso eu achei um absurdo! Minha esposa andou e não achou o mercado, ela retornou e me explicou a situação, Desci para confirmar se era real mesmo que eles não tinham um bebedouro de água ali e ele disse que não mas que daria um jeito na água foi...

"Loved the historical features in the hotel and room whilst it still felt modern and updated. Staff were friendly and helpful and the on-site restaurant was great food and convenient - we were even able to take wine back to our room from there even though it's separately operated from the hotel. Room was spacious - though we requested one bed, we were allocated a twin room - not a big deal as the beds were still comfortable, it just wasn't acknowledged that the room preference could not be met....

"Chegamos no lugar e a fachada não condiz com o esperado (foto), monte de telha caindo aos pedaços na frente, não tinha recepcionista para receber a gente, somente uma menina que chegou logo depois de mim, sem se presentar e pediu para a gente aguardar próximo á piscina. Para você ter conhecimento, a estrutura da pousada é linda, ela fica em um morro e a vista de lá em maravilhosa, SURREAL.
