"My friend and I had a wonderful stay at Palazzo Jannuzzi Relais. The staff was very nice. Breakfast was good. We had a junior suite with a balcony overlooking the main town square. The location could not be better. It’s close to lots of shops and restaurants and not far from the train station. We were able to easily catch the Circumvesuviana to Pompeii for a tour and pull our bags for the short walk to the station to return to Naples. It is also only a 10-15 walk down to the port to take the...
"The staff is so gracious and welcoming. They are also very helpful and accommodating. The hotel is most comfortable and is my favorite hotel In Sorrento! I find it more comfortable in every aspect then the Excelsior Vittoria."
"What a fantastic place. From the welcome smile to the service provided. The bed so comfortable. Slept like a log. The food was excellent in lovely surroundings. "
"We were very pleased with our stay at this wonderful hotel. Everyone was super nice and helpful in all accommodations. Valet parking is available if you drive there. Breakfast buffet was pretty good, so many choices for everybody. We really enjoyed our stay and we are planning on coming back there. "

"Absolutely gorgeous property. Mid-century modern masterpiece built in 1961. Pool is awesome. Private beach with bar service. Very comfortable beds. Couldn’t be happier "

"Loved the views from the pool area and balcony of the room. Located on top of the mountain so takes about 20-30 minutes to get to the main town.
It would be nice if the free shuttle service was hourly. If you want to go to town other than when the shuttle is scheduled, you have to pay 40 euros additional.
Only 1 restaurant within walking distance of the hotel. It was very good.

"this is an excellent property in which to stay. Seaview from the dining room and access to the beach area was fantastic. All staff were very friendly and very nice various assisting in every way.
The only thing that I would like to critique is there is no place to open up your suitcases, and no option for storage of clothing during your stay the closet is very tiny. There were no dressers to put clothing in and storage of suitcases. Didn’t have a place to open except for the bed and no storage for them. Otherwise, we would come back to this property it was wonderful. The staff was amazing in both the reception area and restaurant

"Wonderful stay very friendly crew
The distance from the parking was not too tiring and the shuttle work continually.
We had a great room with all the facilities and we very much enjoyed the place and the surrounding just in front of the see"

"Great hotel - awesome views, service and pools. Rooms were very spacious and comfortable (we had a family triple)
The only criticism is having to pay for water in your room. They should have refillable water which saves wasted bottles. Also, expect to pay €20 to get into town or walk for 20 mins or so. We thought that compromise was worth it for the bigger hotel slightly out of town "
