"Property is fine, although it is hardly Sitges town centre. It's 20 minutes out of town and 15 minutes from anywhere. Most unhappy about the return of our damages deposit. Although the refund was cleared on 6 Oct, it took until 13 Nov to arrive. Apparently, the deposit had been passed to the property owner in Cuba. Now, why would a management company do that?"

"We stayed in villa Lia with a group of 11 friends and it was fantastic! The villa had everything we needed, was very clean and Maria was very accomodating. She was always on call to help with questions and even helped with arranging transport. The location of the villa is quite far from nearest town or supermarket so a car is preferable, we were waiting for taxis for quite some time. Would highly recommend staying for a relaxing holiday by the pool with friends and family."

"A great, big and friendly house. Pool, Tennis, Garden all perfect. We enjoyed most the un complicated precedure and the freedom we had. It’s not new but this makes it - ready to use, everything available what is needed and in an area which is great. 10 min to the city, located in a safe and silent area - we loved it and recommending it to everyone who likes it „cool“, big, easy …."

"Very large villa, with lovely pool and well appointed. Lovely to have so much space, but is realistically about 30 mins into Sitges walk so worth noting this if you have kids/ mobility issues. For a group of adults not a problem at all and a nice downhill walk. Very spacious bedrooms and communal spaces. Excellent communication from the owner and seem less check in process Would happily return to this villa :)"

"Villa Bianca is a perfect family home, where you can relax while enjoying the wonderful views from the swimming pool towards the sea. It has a heated jacuzzi, chill out area and an outdoor dining area. The interior is a real luxury, with large windows that allow you to see outside the villa. Overall the villa is perfect for a holiday!"

"Nice 3 story house. Sleeps 11 . Nice area. You can walk to the beach. The walk goes through the center of the historic town. Very nice beaches within 10-15 min walk. Train to Barcelona is one block down. Umbrellas available at the property to take to the beach as well as towels. Top floor with terrace and pool. Pool is small but enough to dip in. Grocery stores around the corner. Quiet and safe area. Recommend it"

"We recently visited Barcelona to watch a football match, we decided to stay near Sitges to avoid some of the big city noise as well as to enjoy the beautiful coastline! Very glad we did! The villa was maintained to a very high standard and the setting was very stunning and relaxing. The villa is a little tricky to find, due to its secluded setting but the check in Manager Cristina was great and always on hand talk. "We had rented this property for eleven family members to experience Spain. It was ideal for that many people. The villa, grounds and pool were a perfect to relax. The kitchen had all of the appliances we need. The bathrooms were big and the separate downstairs family apartment kept us all together but separate when needed. The AC units worked great. The hosts were available nearby when we needed them for answers to questions. The villa is not close to Sitges. It is in the surrounding hillside....

"Very unwelcoming as in no directions no local info & no appliance instruction. Charged extra to stay in annexe with no air con in bedroom & shower window would not open & no extractor. Only 4 toilet rolls for 10 people for 2 weeks - surely this is a basic requirement ! Several small snagging issues which I have photographed & will take up separately. Pool area very tired. "I rented this villa for a small yoga retreat. We could do yoga on the patio near the pool or indoors in the office. It has a gorgeous view of the harbor, very modern and well-equipped. The master has 180 degree view of the sea, with blackout shades to cover the windows at night if you don’t like the morning sun. We used taxis to commute back and forth to downtown Sitges every day. "We stayed here for 2 weeks (two families with teenagers). Property was very clean, spacious and in good condition. Pool was excellent and a lot of fun. It was about a 20 minutes walk to the town centre and train station (a bit of a slog back up the hill to get home). Easy to get into Barcelona (train or drive). We had a couple of issues while we were there that were quickly sorted out by the property manager, very easy to deal with. Highly recommended."
