"We rented a car and drove from Siracusa, with stops in surprisingly beautiful Noto and historic Modica before arriving in Ragusa, one of the most beautifully situated cities anywhere! I chose the Itria Palace due to it's location and with our having a car, parking was an issue. Right next to the hotel is a free public parking lot with plenty of spaces. And, there is a ramp to the hotel's lower entrance. We were housed in the hotel's annex located across the street, which is lovely, the rooms...

Dirty room, broken toilet, disgusting shower, no air conditioning, extremely noisy location made it impossible to sleep. Ruined the first day of our Italy vacation. We moved out to a better hotel and Agatha Cosy Hotel /Santuzza Hotels has refused to refund any money. So we paid for 3 nights taxes and stayed only 1 night.
