If you dont have massage appointment. Arrive earlier before they open. Just the bathe option queues up before they open to get on a waitlist.

Bring flip flops, a plastic or metal water bottle, and go early in the day when it's less busy. Food bought there is very expensive. Be sure to take time in the relaxing areas before leaving. It restores your body to its normal temperature.

If you book a massage your guaranteed to get into the baths, otherwise if it’s busy you might have to go on the wait list. If you have benefits you can claim entire receipt as it’s all under massage.

Tried to get in. Waited outside in line 35 minutes prior to opening time only to make the wait list for entry. They need to think up a better system if first come first serve for entry in during peak periods
