Our flight got cancelled so we had to fly out the next day. They didn’t refund the night was weren’t able to make it. Then we get there and step off the elevator and it smells like heavy bug spray. Went into the room there was mold furniture. The couch was stained that’s the kids were supposed to sleep on. They room smelled of mildew. The shower sprays all over the bathroom. We left and came back hoping the smell would be better but it wasn’t. So they changed us and rooms but on the same floor. And it smelled like they sprayed a lot of perfume. The front desk came up and could smell it too, so decided to move us to a different floor. It was better there but the next morning we woke up and there was a roach on the table. The carpets have stains as well. And we had paid in “full” but then we get there and they say there is a $40 a day destination fee. We had no idea about and on the original booking we had paid a $280 destination fee. Met another couple in the elevator and they said they had to change floors and rooms because of the smell as well. Would not recommend to anyone. A major let down.

I have no complaints about this property, my room was spotless every day thanks to Kathie, the front desk lady when I checked in may 31st was sooo nice, one of the Maniger name Stephany, what can I say the whole staff from the bar, kitchen, rook services was very friendly not one person were rude, I’ll definitely coming back thanks guys.

From the get go it was bad was not explained about the credit they supposedly give which is not givin to u it is charged to ur card and if u don’t “”””USE IT YOU LOOSE IT “”no one advice me to use it until a kind person who was there let me know so by then I had 4 days in and no credit that sucked then they don’t tell u to get a card for ur car so u won’t have to pay every time u come in the location and u have a “”FOOD GaURD GUY who Gaurds that u don’t take your breakfast u paid for take it to ur room oh u can’t do that some people don’t like to eat with a lot of people or u could have a mom like mines who takes her time to get up which she weather eat her food in the room but no we couldn’t do that and my room smelled like sewage

We absolutely love everything about this property! It's conveniently located about 5 minutes from the airport, about a 5 minute walk to the grocery store, the beach and many nearby restaurants. There is a beautiful lap pool and also, an area for the kids to enjoy pool time. There are restaurants on-site, Soga with a bar and Sobao, in case you don't feel like leaving the hotel. The room was beautifully decorated and the bed was extremely comfortable which was really nice after a long flight. And ALL the hotel staff that we spoke to were very nice, friendly and professional. We will be visiting PR in a few months and plan to stay at this hotel again.

I was very happy in every respect apart from the fact that the menu at the hotel was often missing items. As a pescatarian, there are few things for me to eat, so this really was disappointing when this happened. The food though was lovely WHEN I could eat.
