"We had no hot water for several hours and received different explanations from the staff. It did get fixed overnight but we could not take a shower and get ready for a concert we were in town for.
Front Desk staff was not willing to extend checkout from 11am to Noon and was supposed to comp valet fee.

"Very modern and beautiful hotel. Room was very clean, comfortable and had a good nights sleep in a very plush bed. We had a couple of drinks from Rojo bar and
an amazing dinner at Ruth's Chris Steakhouse all located in lobby of hotel which was very convenient. Awesome plaxe to stay at for any occasion.

"We've never stayed at this chain before and we were pleasantly surprised by all the amenities. Not only was it clean and nice, it also has some decent perks! Just took a little road trip for the wife's birthday and we are very happy with the stay. The location had a nice dinner (90 minute window) in the evening and a wonderful breakfast in the morning. There was covered parking and the room was clean and inviting! The only complaint is that the bed was a little too soft for our tastes, but it could have just been our room. Will definitely keep this chain as an option for future trips."

"Our stay at the Crockett was everything we wanted and more! The location could not be beat, the tavern food was excellent, the staff were friendly and accommodating. I loved staying at a historic hotel rather than your run of the mill chain hotel that you can find anywhere. The rooms were comfortable, and everything we wanted was within walking distance. We will definitely return and highly recommend! "
