"Hotel staff was great and helpful. the pool not so much. Unruly kids unsupervisored running and doing flips. We asked for adjoining rooms and was not able to get them. The rooms were 30 -40 late in being ready."

5/5 Excellent
"Everything went really well. My only quibble is that it’s difficult to see the property from the road and the sign is set too far back and blocked by foliage. Otherwise it was great! Staff was attentive and helpful. "

"It is an older facility, and it is showing its age a bit. The cookies are spectacular (it doesn't matter how old the children are;-) The pool wasn't working properly and water was cold, so we couldn't utilize it. The hotel wasn't too busy, so it was quiet, but if you don't want to hear the street noise, don't choose the room facing the street. Staff was friendly. "

"This hotel is old and grungy. I was grossed out at first but the breakfast was clean and well stocked, there were plenty of towels and products, and the bed was comfy. It was also quiet. Coffee machine was broken. Staff was nice. It’s just beat up w dirty corners. "
