"The room was set at 25C upon my arrival at 9pm, it was very uncomfortable. I adjusted the thermostat, after some time I realized the fan wouldn’t respond and the room was still at 25C. An employee had to come fix the system with a controller since it was broken. The room stayed warm and he had to come back an hour later. Worst night in a hotel ever! It was very uncomfortable because of the heat and very uncomfortable to have an employee come in twice during the night to adjust the heating...

"I stayed here for 2 days during my Gaspe road trip. It was a really nice property. Really comfortable, clean and quiet area. I really loved the location. It was close to groceries and near water as well. Kitchen was also well equiped. Nellie is an amazing host. She provided clear instructions for check in and even left us a welcome chocolate. I would highly recommend this place and i will definitely book it again whenever i happen to visit Rimouski again."
