We loved staying at this property for the food options, the beach was clean, and the drinks were flowing. Our only complaint was how loud our room was. We were located right next to the janitorial room/maintenance room and they were loud from 7am-5pm. This was a swim up jr suite. We got about 2 hours of quiet before the band started up and went from 8:00-11:00pm. On the plus side we never needed music while sitting at the pool because there was always some playing.

The property was gorgeous and kept clean for the most part. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food wasn’t the best.

Our first room wasn’t in good condition, there were stains on the couch and bench area. The mirror in the bathroom was dirty. The general opinion from everyone is that the desserts were lacking. The staff however was over the top with friendliness and service.

Stayed here for 8 nights mid May 2024. Overall a beautiful resort with a great spa. Had a detox revival massage at the spa with my twin sister which was great and relaxing! Also enjoyed having manicures and pedicures as well. Loved the hydro circuit and excellent massage for the scalp and neck after while laying on the heated stone bed. Enjoyed the beach a lot, but there was a lot of seaweed which I didn't love. Also the bed was quite firm and I wished it was more comfortable. Overall a wonderful stay though! 😊🏝️
