Our stay was nothing short of fantastic. We got the upgrade to the altitude and it was the best time we’ve had in an all inclusive resort. It’s well worth it to do the upgrade to the altitude. The staff was friendly, the entertainment was perfect. We will definitely go back in the near future.

Josephina/Arian at pool/Eduardo at pool provided outstanding customer service. Loved the adult pool area Property lacked entertainment at night/bars. Food was not great at any of the buffets. Liked the fish tacos at the pool side snack bar. Italian restaurant was OK. Frig did not work in our room but we liked the view and layout of the room.

Pros: great adult pool if you can get a lounger. The Grill was excellent. The ocean is swimmable in the morning Cons: took 3 days to get our room cleaned. Pillow cases were not changed from previous clients. The noise was off the charts. Not a place to go for R&R. This hotels caters to mostly families with small children. Not a bad thing, I wish I knew that before hand. Lacks in entertainment. Sports bar might be open, might not. It’s changing if hands soon, so not a lot of effort put into customer service. Too bad we spent the money to upgrade to Altitude.

We had to switch our room twice in order to accept staying here. A/C’ not working, ceiling fan in room not operating, other ceiling fan over the master bed was wobbly and loud. Mold in the bathroom, so bad it not only looked awful, it made us feel sick. The cooler didn’t work, no towels, missing one remote and trash can. The only towels we received daily were 3 bath towels and 1 hand towel. Never will recommend to anyone I know.
