"An honest review from someone who doesn't usually go to All-Inclusive. We spent over Easter with three kids (7,5,4) and had a blast. The water slides were a huge hit; the beach was very nice, and kids played in the waves and boogie-boarded. The pools were also very nice, and you had choices between the "louder pool" and the calmer one. There were other activities for the kids to do throughout the day, which was nice. "This was our first trip with our son, he’s 7 months old and had a blast. The pools were wonderful. Food was delicious. Staff was so helpful and friendly. We went based on recommendation from my husbands parents who took my husband when he was 10 years old. 0 years later it seems like it’s just as great as it was then! "

"Love the shopping convenience of the property. Customer service was great overall. Didn’t like the offerings of the time share salespeople and a $20 deposit. Overall loved the property and offerings. If the timeshares people offered better discounts and perks I would have taken the time to consider becoming a member. "

"Our room was very clean upon arrival, although we had to wait like 1 and a half for our room to be ready, the pool staff is extremely friendly and the food is good.. this is a family friendly hotel however is fine to relax.. the only disappointing thing is that there was no kids activities during our stay."
