We had the loveliest 2 night stay. Room and facilities were extremely clean, sheets and towels were crisp and clean, like new. The pool was just opening .. it’s huge with a well stocked bar and great bartenders!! Front desk staff, Jane , Arla, Raymond and Roxanne, Vesco, and Jay were especially friendly and knowledgeable. Definitely would stay again

Staff was very kind and helpful. Check in was easy. You’re able to park near your room so you don’t have to carry your baggage through the entire building. No stairs. Beautiful views. I Will definitely be rebooking with this facility!

All restaurants were closed as well as the pool. This information not provided on the website. The pool bar was open but cash only with very limited selection. Vending machines were sparse; for a “resort” this left plenty to be desired.

The location is wonderful. I liked that we had a small deck with two chairs directly on the water. That is what I wanted and that’s what we got. But I am so disappointed with all other aspects of this hotel. We came for our anniversary over Memorial Day weekend. Both restaurants were not open. That was never made known to me upon booking or even just a few days before check in when I refreshed on their website and facility details. I always choose a hotel with a restaurant so we never go hungry. But we did. There is also no coffee or tea service in the lobby/main building. There was no food or drinks in the building. It was incredibly frustrating because you can’t just hop in the car and ride into town for food. There is almost no parking anywhere in PTown. We rented bikes for the weekend to make it easier. There is only one bike rack at the hotel near the front door. Our room was at the far end of the parking lot and we expected to ride our bikes to that side of the hotel to lock them up but there was no where to do that. So we had to lock our bikes and walk. The biggest disappointment was our room. Very little pics and details on the website about the rooms. So let me clarify how small the bathroom was. Tiny. Not even a vanity at the sink. I meant to take a pic to post with this review but forgot. If you need a lot of room to get ready to go out, forget it. There is a 3 or 4 inch wide board above the sink that functions as a counter top. Very tight. I kept all my toiletries

There were no towels at all in the room. After we asked to get a couple of them, they were very dirty and I couldn’t use them at all. Overall the room cleanliness was far from being acceptable for the price that we paid.

Overall 3.5/5 Outdated but clean. A housekeeper accidentally entered my room as I was about to fall asleep because she said she didn’t realize they had let me in yet, so that was jolting and less than fun. Also the shower door did not close all the way. No food option until the town finishes the inspection. A walkable mile to the fun on Commercial Street

The Provincetown Inn could be a gold mine. It has a beautiful location, yet it's in desperate need of a full makeover. While the staff were very kind and friendly and the room was extreemly clean, the main part of the Inn was sadly outdated. I stayed in May so the pool, restaurant and lounge were not open yet, so i can't speak to these spaces but all looked tidy. The entrance wasn't swept or cared for and there werent any plants in the planters when other places in town looked beautiful and in full bloom (could be an easy fix for a better first impression). I understand they're under new ownership, so I hope future updates are planned. Check in was at 4:00 and I couldn't get into my room until 5:10. The staff were apologetic and it was clear that they were understaffed. The housekeepers were lovely and doing their best under difficult circumstances.

The location of this place is magnificent. The beds in room are new comfortable and clean. The place is very dated and needs a lot of attention. It appears they are trying but there is a lot to be done. I t offers the basics clean room/bed running water and air-condition. Stayed in balcony with Bay view. The beach is just in front of you. The parking is convenient. One faucet in bathroom was new but not working properly. The coffee maker in room can not be pooled out to make coffee. The complex in general has a lot but it is tired and needs a lot of work. You get what you pay for. The restaurants in the complex look ok but they were not open (we were informed at the time of checking in)
