If you’re looking for a modern luxury hotel, this is not for you but if you are seeking a luxury, authentic, excellent customer service and overall experience, Poseidon is a wonderful choice. The pool and lounge are is rather small but both are beautiful. "

"This may likely be the finest hotel in Positano based on service, ambiance, amenities, and location. Every staff member was friendly and engaging and went above and beyond to ensure we had the finest experience possible. We had a family of four in the sea view family suite. Views are spectacular particularly from room top bar and restaurant. We dined at both restaurants as well as the bar, all high end service and menus including extensive wine lists. Hotel staff arranged private Mercedes transport to and from Naples as well as in town. Absolute five star experience."

"Beautiful hotel in Positano. The staff was excellent and very friendly. The views from our rooms were excellent. There was a slight booking error so we had to move rooms mid-trip which was a bit of a hassle but they were helpful in moving our belongings. Be prepared to take the many steps in Positano but they are easily accessible from the hotel."

"We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Montemare. From the kind and helpful staff to the beautiful room with a stunning view, we loved our stay here. We also enjoyed delicious drinks at the bar there. Plus, it’s walkable to the port and great dining and shopping. Highly recommend!"
