"We had a wonderful stay. The deck and view of Lake Conroe was fantastic. Kitchen had all we needed. We were surprised that the bathroom was downstairs... I did not realize that it was one room since there was sleeping accommodations for 6 or 7. That being said we were family! I would suggest that the owner have a room divider available to use,,, The murphy bed was super comfortable but the sleeper sofa mattress might need to be replaced.
