The hotel itself was ok, but the service was not. I asked a room cleaning service in the morning but when I came back in the afternoon the room was still a mess. I called them and they said cuz they are busy so cleaning service wouldn’t be provided unless asked. Funny because I heard the opposite when I called in the morning, they said as long as I don’t put the “don’t disturb” sign on staff will come and clean the room. The my room across me was cleaned, which means they just forgot. So I called them again and asked the room to be cleaned but waited for three hours and nobody came. When I called they the fourth time they told me “room cleaning service ends at 5”. I had to came down to the front desk to ask them for new towels. The people at front desk were nice but terrible management

This was my first time staying at W Philadelphia, and for that matter at W hotel. Was amazing and it started before I got there I called and spoke with. I do believe the concierge Tony. My flight arrived early and Tony was so kind to us an early check-in. I was so happy about that. When I went up to my room when I opened the door, the view was amazing. I’ve never stayed at a hotel with a view like that and the room itself elegant look to it so I really enjoyed it. It was very clean and comfortable. I would definitely recommend the Philadelphia and definitely stay there when I visit Philadelphia again!

Nice upscale feel. Parking is expensive but otherwise the stay was wonderful. There is dining and entertainment on site. The staff was very pleasant and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again.
