"I cannot emphasize enough how much we enjoyed our stay in the cabin we had selected. Unfortunately, there was a malfunction with the electronic key system on arrival (and no clear back-up in an accessible location). We were given access to another (much smaller) cabin for 24 hours until the property management team were able to send out a representative to fix the issue. Tout le matériel nécessaire était présent mais un rafraîchissement serait nécessaire. Nous avions emmené notre chienne qui a trouvé l’escalier un peu difficile. Bonne escapade!"

"We enjoyed our stay at this Sonder location. Our suite was clean, the AC worked well, and it was relatively quiet given that the location is in a central downtown area. What we didn't like: 1) parking in the hotel's garage is extra. 2) the bathroom had no towel rack. It was hard to dry towels we used, so we hung them on the bath shower curtain rod. Please, just install a $10 towel rack in each room to make it more convenient to dry towels. This would also reduce the hotel's laundry...
