"What a great house for our stay. Our family needed a home for Chapman graduation and this place worked out perfectly. Not only was there plenty of room for everyone, but we were surprised with how well appointed everything was. What a great surprise. The location was close to the campus and we walked to the Stack House for a great breakfast. We appreciated, and used, both the Keurig and the Nespresso coffee makers. "We rented this home to be near Chapman University for our daughter's graduation. We had family members, older and younger from out of town. This home was so spacious and gave us a very relaxing place to "land" in between events. Like the description says...it has 5 bedrooms. 3 are King Master Suites (attached bathrooms). One room with a King and the room with 2 fulls share a bathroom which was just fine. We paid extra to warm the beautiful hot tub up since May Gray was hanging around and it...

We weren't able to stay in this home due to "issues". They did not get us check in information as promised. The replacement place they put us in was 2 bedrooms not 4 with many items missing from the kitchen etc. We left a day early because we were so uncomfortable, and they promised a one night refund, which I still haven't seen...

"This was all we needed for a trip to the Claremont McKenna College campus for graduation. The price was significantly better than the closer hotels where other family members were staying.
