"The cabin was very nice and the location was very easy access to West Yellowstone and Yellowstone park as well. The only problem we had was with hot water for showers. They posted that you would not be able to take a bath but did not explain how to get hot water for a shower. Turns out you have to shift from tub to shower head before you get hot water. Almost left before we figured that out. After that the stay was great."

"It was absolutely filthy and disgusting there was grass and dirt in the sheets, food under the bed. Hairs all over the bathroom floor toilet and shower. It was hands down the worst place i have ever seen for the hospitality industry. "

"Really cool place to stay although what was shown online inside the room was not how it was. Staff was awesome and attentive. Kids had a blast. Fire lit in teepee nightly as is foam party for kids nightly."

"We had a nice, mostly private place to stay in one of the Chalets. It was very nice to have the kitchenette in case we needed to cook. Next time I might bring pans and dishes to do that! The one thing that caused a lower rating of cleanliness is the bird mess in the doorway and the windows. We had to step over a lot of bird doo doo so as tonot drag it inside and the windows were very dirty where the bird had crashed into its own reflection. They do this at our home too so I recognized the...
