"Everything was amazing, from the gentlemen who checked us in to everyone else we encountered. The issue was our room was set to 26 degrees centigrade and even with turning off the system and opening the outside door the room would only cool to about 20-21 and was back up to 26 in a couple of hours. Cleaning staff indicated to just turn it off. 26 is crazy to heat a hotel to, from a sleeping and an energy perspective. Beds are comfy and have great duvets- no reason to set heat so high"

Staff very friendly, parking is great, for a fee which isn’t too bad. The rooms have aged though and need updating. Too Few plugs, 1 usb at the far end of the room. The woodwork is tired and starting to get tatty. Facilities are good and bed comfortable. Domestics come in daily and were brilliant. Bearing in mind the newer hotels...
