Pros:
- Staff were very good
- Location is very convenient for Shaw Festival attendees since it's across from the theatre and the main drag of Niagara-on-the-Lake is just around the corner.
- Excellent water pressure in the shower
Cons:
- The quality of the room was disappointing considering how much it cost.
- Room was quite dark with the shades drawn, shades were drawn since the parking lot has a good view of the room
- bed was very hard and uncomfortable.
- air conditioner was extremely noisy and made sleeping difficult.
In summary: If your top priority is being as close to the theatre as possible, and that the staff are very good, this is a good bet. It will be expensive, however, and I cannot vouch for the quality of the room.
