The entire room was in a pathetic condition, the blankets had blood stains on it. The washroom was unclean. All the appliances were stinking really bad.

We checked in for 4 night and we requested the room to be clean and when we came back at night time it wasn’t done at all. I asked for a hairdryer and the person from the desk said he doesn’t know which room have their hairdryer. I had to go to the front desk to get for new towels and hand soaps. Just not recommending to others to stay in.

The room smelled like raw sewage. The owners are obviously aware since there was plastic wrap over the tub drain and an air-freshener hanging. Shrugged it off and figured i'd go smell-blind to it within an hour... it never went away and we woke up feeling nauseous. Had the smell not been there, this would have been a 5/5 awesome motel.

Major water leak in room-water literally pouring in from ceiling. Woke me up early in the morning. Couldn't do my work. Good service in that staff sent me to another room to use the shower. BUT!!...Wouldn't compensate me financially for the incredible inconvenience, other than offering me another night which I don't need. Would I really stay again after that?!?

Well let me tell you. No curtains on windows. Beds on pallets not box springs. No power in our part of room. No light in our room. Bathroom had no handle and door did not shut. Window was half in bathroom and other half in bedroom. Tuck tape on window (not sure if broken or to block sun). Coffee perker with no place to plug it in. Floors were filthy. I/2 roll of toilet tissue for 2 nights and 4 adults. 2 towels for all 4 adults to share. No mirror in bathroom. High security cameras not sure why, screamed at us to not let dogs on grass, but where they wanted us to go was full of burrs which hurt the dogs. Stairs to second level were in poor shape. Overall i will never stay here again. I will never recommend it to anyone. I would rather sleep in my car.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. They said they'd refund me and then are refusing to honor the refund. We arrived late on Saturday and was given a room that was in the middle of a remodel and unfinished, I asked to be moved and was given a room that did not lock. Finally we moved a third time to a room and were too exhausted to make a big deal. There were broken outlets, wires hanging out the walls, stained sheets with holes in them and a floor that looked like he hadn't been cleaned in weeks. We did not feel safe letting our infant loose in the room at all, even to touch the floor. The building was run down. Metal railings covered in chipping paint and rust, and a parking lot is filled with shipping containers and piles of trash. I wasn't expecting a baby-proofed suite, but a room that was clean and up to building code feels like a bare minimum. We went to the front desk in the morning and told them we were checking out early and would like a partial refund for the remainder of our stay. They initially refused, and then I pressed a little bringing up the safety issues for my child and the manager said okay, but because we paid through Expedia we needed to request the refund through them and they would contact the motel and the motel would approve the refund. I thanked them and left to our new room. I then began the refund process, and Expedia told me that the motel refused the refund. I called the motel and they repeatedly hung up on me and forwarded me to voicemail.

The blankets were a little dirty. There was only one person working so it was a little difficult to get help. The shower doors didn't close properly so water spilled all over the place. The person next to us were playing loud music until 3 in the morning.

I had to call for someone to check us in and they showed up in there car, wasn't even on property. Room was dirty, bed was dirty and no breakfast as advertised. I was very disappointed.

We had a reservation booked at the hotel and I followed all the rules when I arrived at the hotel to contact the telephone number wow what hotel property locks its front doors you would think that would be somebody at the front desk to check us in I waited 45 minutes made two telephone calls to Expedia and hotels.com to connect me to the front desk person apparently this front desk person is a international student who doesn't understand basic customer service regulationsand how to be professional representative of a corporation nobody showed up at the hotel I was on the phone for almost an hour and a half trying to get my credit card not charged to the account because now I no longer wanted to stay at the property finally during my telephone call the front desk Man shows up I don't know no where he was maybe he decided to go to the club while there was no customers in the parking lot how disrespectful for an organization who takes my credit card online and then there's nobody there to check me in on top of that the reservation included breakfast in the morning the gentleman told me oh no we don't serve breakfast we only serve breakfast in the summertime, hotels.com website indicates that I received breakfast with my reservation so here is another deception of this property so I would not recommend this property completely unprofessional and disrespectful thanks to Expedia for protecting my credit card and not allowing this property to charge my card

As soon as we went inside the room you can tell that it is not clean. We opened the sheets and got closer to the bed where we easily recognized that the sheets are dirty. You can even tell that it is not washed for ages because there are hairs visible all over, stains and the pillow cover and fitted sheets are covered inside out. It also smells awful. To add more horror, the basin in the toilet is clogged. It’s very dissapointing that we booked on this place.

I need refund and an official appology
It was the worst experience, i have ever had in my life satying in a place. They did not keep our rooms when we arrived. They gave us two rooms, first one broken heating and washrooms. The other one, cleaning staff had a party till 4 am untill i told them i will call the police. We could not sleep and it was a trible experience staying at this place. I require full refund for 2 rooms and appology from the management of the place, or will share this experience with couple of my inline influencers.

Very nice room for the price. Bed was clean and comfy. The shower was luxurious and lots of water pressure, hot water, and a handheld nozzle. Love my showers and our room did not disappoint.

Lots of noise throughout the entire night. Felt unsafe as there was a male walking around the parking lot for multiple hours, continuously standing between our room and where we could park our car (didn’t seem to be staying at the hotel either). Looks like it was “renovated” recently, but it still is in very poor conditions. Would not stay here again.

Family weekend gone wrong.
The rooms we checked in to had issues with the air conditioning first, and the bed sheets were all stained. We asked them to change the bedsheets, and they came and gave us clean sheets, they couldnt put them on, as house keeping wasnt there. the air conditioning in the room stopped working at night and we were made to change the rooms. The other room had issues with the toilet and it wouldnt flush. There was no one at the lobby to register a complain.

They don't have two keys for your suit if you forget your key in the room. Room gets locked and they don't have other key for that and then you are suppose to sleep at some other room which so terrible with no heater , phone, charging slot and even they don't have drinking water in that other room. You will spoil your entire weekend just because they don't have other suit. Your stuff car keys gets locked with that room

You can easily do better.
No tv remote ..no tv working. Dirt every were. No light on the bathroom. No chair at the desk ear ring in the window from I don't know who. Cockroach and bad insulation from the door.

First of all, the front desk staff was very unfriendly and chose to ignore any questions we asked. we asked for a room on the ground floor if possible and he didn’t answer but gave us a room on the 2nd floor. I was very angry that the website lied saying that there was breakfast included. When we asked what time it was and where etc., first he ignored the question but when we pressed him for an answer he said it is only in summer. Why is this not mentioned clearly on Expedia or the hotel website? I even called the hotel a week prior to check all the details and was told breakfast was at 7:00 a.m. on Sundays. We were glad we asked in advance so we had time to plan as we were there for a race. Secondly, there was a bag of coffee grounds and creamer but no coffee pot/machine. Not even a couple of tea bags - what is t it he point if the coffee grounds if there is no pot?? In short, the only good thing was that the room although very basic was fairly clean. We have stayed at other Super 8 motels but none were as bad as this one.
