Great staff, nice atrium at the pool. A bit outdated, but has been refurbished nicely. Front desk staff amazing!

Beware of the $20 parking charge they try to make you pay on arrival, just park on the street. Limited room facilities , no coffee or tea in the rooms

We were given an upgrade to the top floor (4th) overlooking the Niagara River. Looking straight ahead it’s hard to see the river (because it’s so far down) but great view of the river and whirlpool area when you look to the left. Great staff and clean room, only negative would be the older heating/cooling unit which over dried out the room when we had the heat on, but at least it worked. Included standard breakfast was good. Highlights were the friendly and attentive staff and the view.

Disappointed with the heated pool. We arrived Friday night. Hotel was full, pool was heated and full of guests. Next day, not that many guests, and they turned off the heat. The sauna also didn’t work. Usually I wouldn’t make a big deal, but we choose this property in between few other because of the heated pool. We asked the management, they claimed they turned on, but the water was never warm. ( would take few good hours to heat)

We had a great stay at River rapids inn. We were charmed by the lady at the concierge who gave us great tips. We went on a hike at Niagara glen Got takeout from jal mahal and were blown away. Will be staying here again!!!!

Overall the staff was good, was not happy that you guys called me and asked what time I was coming and that check in is not later than 10pm which your website says 12pm, this is not acceptable. Also the food was terrible and was cold the eggs were horrible and were cold same with the sausage I wouldn’t even be surprised if they were from the day before. The room was obviously just renovated but you guys could not clean it up after then was still dust on the counter and dirt on the floor, also the tv never worked in either room and same with the microwave. The pool was definitely not heated and was extremely cold. Long story short if you say the hotel has something it better have it.

Breakfast area & washroom is clean, beds were done well. Staff were nice & helpful, didn't have any concerns. Parking area is not cleaned. Additional charges for parking & room service(parking $20 Room service $5 HST) in addition to payment at the time of booking. The building gives an overall feeling poor condition

Close to family, smell like bug spray. Breakfast was horrible, cold eggs and they were stirred to so much looked like minced granules. The food was not fresh. Front desk arrival was rude, and returning the key card he never said a word, not a thank you or acknowledgment I was there. Very disappointing again. And Parker fee of 20 dollars ridiculous for that neighborhood.

Good: => Hotel was clean => I didn't use the pool - but the pool looked fantastic => Receptionist was polite => The bathroom had nice hot water Personal Mistakes made that I should've seen: => Actually far away from Clifton Hill and the Falls - that's on me, I should've google mapped it. => $5 resort fee charged on top of whatever you pay -> this is written at the very very bottom of the hotel.com page for this resort. I thought this should've been included but wasn't. the bad:- => $20/= parking fee. Literally like three streets away you can park for free.

The bath water does not work properly and staff changed to another room. There is parking charge $20 per night, they dropped to $10. Not sure if all hotels in area charged this, but this is first time havecto pay parking while staying in a hotel.
