It was fine. Really good breakfast. I had to laugh because our tv didn't work. If that was the worst of it, it wasn't bad. We had our Ipad.

The pool was closed (no warning given upon booking), and the room looked like a crime scene. The sheets on my son's bed were stained. It was nasty. Despite booking a non-smoking room, everything still smelled like smoke.

The property was disgusting. Filled with mold, dirt, and stains. Poor customer service. Beds weren’t made, there was mold all over the washroom, and the outside and inside is basically falling apart.

The bed linen had hair and I don’t think it was clean.. the room had a smell and the microwave and fridge needed cleaning. The noise from the outside can be heard easily. I couldn’t sleep much as I was afraid and the door had broken lock thing. A positive was the water pressure was strong but I saw some mild in the ceiling in the bathroom. I guess the price reflects the cleanliness? There’s free breakfast which you can get a coffee, tea or some juice and some potatoes and sausage or bagels and egg. They gotta step up the cleaning game. Not sure about the safety but there is some shady people that I saw around.

It sounds like you had quite an experience with your accommodation! It's disappointing when the cleanliness and maintenance of a place don't meet expectations. Your concerns about safety are valid, especially if you noticed some shady individuals around. Did you happen to mention these issues to the staff? Sometimes they're unaware of these issues and can address them promptly. At least the strong water pressure and free breakfast were some small positives. Hopefully, your next stay will be more comfortable and worry-free!

The bathroom ceiling is cracked and falling apart, holes in the walls, doors coming apart, tape holding up fixtures, stairs unkept. It looks like a hook up hotel. We bought mattress protectors and pillow protectors. Not recommended.

Great stay ... fantastic breakfast (but only started @ 7.30!). Bathroom was not great ... but bedroom was great and comfortable (especially, the "weighted" comforter).

The room was disgusting. I had booked the room for 5 nights while in Niagara for work. I normally do my due diligence, but I was on the road when I made the reservation and had only glanced at the property pics and a couple of reviews, both didn’t look all that bad. I don’t know how I did it, but I actually stayed 3 nights then ended up moving to another hotel, losing out on the remaining 2 nights I had left at this property. If you need a cheap stay and don’t mind stains on everything, carpets that haven’t been vacuumed in years, and smells that’ll keep you up all night, this is your place! P.S. Don’t move any furniture, especially the couch in the room and do not look under any beds, unless you’re looking for souvenirs left from previous patrons of years gone by.

I have stayed here evertime i vidit niagara staff are very nice , helpful, breakfast is good ive always had a nice stay. They are always doing improvements but the price is affordable i cant complain at all.

The door to inside the building was broken, I am an elderly woman with a 12 year old grand daughter and we were put into the first room of the broken lock building. The breakfast was cold, hard, qnd disgusting overall. When we checked out they said there would be a wait to get our deposit back as usual, but over a week later the deposit still wasnt back. We had to drive all the way back just to get our deposit back. We have to wait another 2 business days even after they canceled our last refund. Never come here.
