They are scammers. The parking isnt free. I had to pay $30 for 2 days. Expedia says the deposit is $100, but when you check in, they told me i had to do $150. I asked other guests how much was their deposits, and 1 jamaican guy told me he paid $200 for a deposit and then a group of indians were in a huge room and payed $120 deposit. Save your money and go elsewhere. Also your not allowed to have visitors no longer than 30mins. I will NEVER go back to this location (oh and the parking lot isnt the best set up either)

The room which we were first assigned was very grimy and floors were dirty, the sheets had pet hair as well. Eventually were assigned a better room that was much cleaner. The management could do better in the cleaning of rooms and have a quality control check before allowing the guests in. Won't be staying there again!

Great location, just a few blocks from the falls. Motel is in need of updates. Very rusty staircase, broken window in our room. Just two small pillows in a king bed. Noisy room where we could hear our neighbors fornicating late into the night. Mediocre breakfast with hardly any seating area. Worst of all, no cable tv provided, just the Roku channel. We couldn't watch any sports programming or even the news channels. I don't think I've ever stayed at a hotel without network tv coverage!

Room and bathroom were filthy and outdated. Water on bathroom floor, dirty curtains, dirty floor, dirty sink, caulking looked terrible, I actually don't have one nice thing to say about this hotel. I'd never go back!

This was my first visit to Niagara Falls and I needed a place to stay for a day. I highly recommend this hotel to both individuals and families. It’s a budget-friendly property that offers great value for the price.

There were no blinds in the washroom, the parking lot was just behind the washroom and people could easily see inside. Moreover, the person who was in the reception didn’t notify us that the complimentary breakfast was from 8-10:30am. We checked out at 10:35am and still wasn’t served with the breakfast. Overall, average stay. Would rate 5.5/10.

The room we got seems to be newly renovated but still need couple of touch ups. The toilet seat and sink was flirty l had to wipe it down with Lysol wipes that we always carry along with us when we travel. For the nightly price of the hotel l can really complain and l know the owners are trying their best to make everyone stay pleasant as much as possible.

Parking sucked, not enough parking, particularly when you need to pay $15 dollars per night.

Staff was rude and they charge you extra everything. Hidden charges for parking. You have to drink water from washroom tap or pay extra for bottles.

It was clean nicely renovated, my only issue was no fitted sheet on the bed, only a flat sheet and no clean flat sheet between my body and the comforter on the bed.CLEAN FITTED AND FLAT SHEETS would make for a cleaner fresh feeling

I liked that it was walkable to the main attractions. It should state that there will be a charge of $20.00 to park your vehicle for the night when booking.

The place was under renovation so was not of the best at this time wet bathroom floor no heat in the bathroom no waste baste basket provide.
