"Did not feel safe outside/parking. Drug induced people all around/ ladies of the night. I was scared my car would be stolen or broken into each night. The property had all these keys for you to use but they didn’t keep the doors locked. Anyone on the street could have entered the house at any given time. There were people hanging around on the street next to the cars doing drugs 24/7. I definitely wouldn’t stay there again. The water in the sink gets really hot but the shower water was cold."

"We were in for a family event for a weekend. We had a very nice stay. The owner might live in the residence most of the time, but she was in a separated upstairs when we were there. Very pleasant. The house is very old and charming. A real relic! Some renovations have been made but some updating needed to be sure. It’s a nice neighborhood and a very large and livable space for a sizable family. Everyone was comfortable. Thank you!"

She helped with what train to take and a bunch of other random questions that she certainly didn’t have to be so helpful with. The cleanliness of the apartment was amazing (meaning absolutely impeccable) and how she found as much pink stuff as she did was pretty impressive (even the iron and clothes steamer were pink!) "Our stay at Maple ave was great!! When we arrived it was a quiet dead end road with curbside parking. The instructions for getting in were super clear, when we walked in everything looked perfectly clean, and the amenities were great for a short stay for a concert at MetLife. It took us approximately 15 minutes to drive from the apartment to the parking lot of the stadium, which was perfect. I would definitely stay there again!"

Located via a short drive to Penn Station to get you into Manhattan. My only concern is the neighborhood seems older and ran down. The overall environment of this part of Newark is a little rough and loud but not a deal breaker. I would stay here again as this option is WAY BETTER than a hotel in cleanliness, space, service and overall...
