I liked the location, the staff, the cleanliness of the hotel, but the beds in 1401 were old, sunken in, and uncomfortable! In addition, the beds were not properly made: they only had ONE sheet and a comforter. We had to request for our beds to have fitted and flat sheets.

The entrance and front of the building was lovely. Check in staff was great and kind enough to accommodate early check in. Room was bright but very dusty. Clearly it had been a while since the floor had been swept and mopped. My bed was very squeaky and felt old and like it needed to be replaced. Everything waist level and higher seemed clean and tidy but day after day the floors were just left out - got dustier and dustier and did not appear to have been mopped even once. With a dark floor it was very apparent. The bases of the beds being dark fabric is was also apparent that the dust was settling on them as well.

My family and I loved this hotel! So many nice amenities. Beautiful outdoor and indoor sitting areas. Great bar and restaurant downstairs. Very clean. Would definitely stay again.

I liked the cleanliness and size of room, nice touches in lobby with the rose area Great idea to have bikes for use but very disappointed that when my friend had an issue with the brakes detaching from the bike resulting in her going over the handle bars, and injuring herself that the focus seemed to be more on fimdijg who to blame for who signed the bike out. As we informed that the bike was due to be fixed amd shouldnt have gone out
