The Plaza - A Fairmont Managed Hotel
5.0 star property
9.0 out of 10, Wonderful, (1003)

Old curtains get stuck; light interruptors sometimes fail, etc. The staff is not the most friendly - they have some attitude. But if you show the money, you can have the time of your life. Still a great experience. "

Also subway is close. We walked to the theatre district for a play. I was so happy to find that cleaning staff found my wallet. I had left it in the safe and staff had given it to the office. What a huge relief!! Nice to know we do have some decent honest people in this world!! Excelsior is our...
