I stay here every time I go to Japan. I get off at Narita Airport, spend the night sleeping 11-12 hours here, then set out for my destination the next day. The breakfast is phenomenal in its variety. The rooms are nothing fancy, but they’re very clean and cozy. The location is convenient; a free shuttle bus takes you to and from the airport. I have stayed here six or seven times and never had any complaints. I look forward to decompressing here after a long flight.

I have stayed in 3-4 hotels near the Narita Airport; this one is the best. They have a shuttle service both ways, and it takes only 10 min. The room was spacious and had enough room for the 7 suitcases we carried with us. It is perfect to stay for one night before your flight. The only warning is that it seems many people stay for short periods so the reception could be chaotic occasionally. I planned accordingly and didn't have problems when checking out.

It was a great first hotel in Japan. I was able to grab their shuttle from the airport, rest and recover from the long flight. Their breakfast buffet was amazing, there was a large selection of food, and I enjoyed everything I had. The staff was very friendly and there was a 24 hour convenience store in the lobby which I found extremely convenient. This is the best hotel near Narita Airport!

The airport shuttle runs early and late. We had an unexpected late arrival and were concerned the shuttle wouldn’t be available but it was! We were able to catch the bus and be transported to the hotel 10 minutes away. The annex room we stayed in had a bit of a mildew smell in the bathroom but it was clean. Everything else was fantastic. We ate at the restaurant. The lobby store, Lawsons, had good prices on last minute souvenirs and a wide variety of convenience travel items and snacks.
