Very nice property however room bathrooms need to be updated. Bathroom tiles looked dirty. Food was average. No drink service around the pool. You had to go the bar for drinks. We also had to call for washcloths everyday. We had three people in the room and they would only leave 2. Check in and check out very smooth process.

I would of have a 10/10 but we did have a few issues, we did have someone to break into one of the rooms, and the service and food at the steak house were HORRIBLE! We made the reservation for a party of 8, and as soon as we arrived told us they were out of steaks and half the menu. we sat for two and half hours for cold and pre-cooked food. the bar isn't 24hours . but the front desk staff was amazing!! everyone of them very helpful.

I like that although the property seemed spacious, everything as far as activities were close to one another. I would say please improve on restaurant availability and reservations. Ran into several issues during my stay just to eat at certain restaurants.
