"This was the nicest Hampton Inn I’ve ever stayed in! Hampton Inns are always nice and clean, but this one was top-notch. The front desk staff was polite and helpful, the free airport shuttle service was fantastic, and my room was extremely clean and comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone passing through Miami for a cruise, or even staying in the city. Very close to lots of shops and restaurants. They offer a great cruise port shuttle for $14 as well- much more convenient than Uber...

"Terrible stay, we found trash from previous guest in the kitchen and in the bathroom. Called for help , they didnt even send somebody to clean it up. Then they moved us to a second apartment, tv screen was broken. They changed it after 2 days. We got a chance to go back to our countries because we got stranded in miami because of the corona virus, they said they could not refund the days we had left.TERRIBLE DONT SATY HERE"
