"The hotel was fantastic, we were upgraded to a king Suite from a Queen suite, onky issue was no drawers or shelves if you like to unpack and not easy to live out of 2 suitcases but there is plenty of space. Breakfast was phenomenal and the Wine down 4-6 we got unlimited wine which was a lovely bonus. The staff were particularly friendly and helpful big shout out to Gemma on the Wine down on the Monday night "

"A beautiful hotel with impeccable customer service. All the staff went over and beyond to assist. All with a smile. The room overlooked the gorgeous river and city lights which was amazing and the atmosphere was fantastic. A short walk to the city centre as well. Thank you for a wonderful stay."

"Upgraded to the renovated Studio Executive room on 16th floor. There is a city view, but rather obscured by the building on both right and left side. The chemical smell (fresh renovation or bleach) sort of goes away once you turn on aircon, but can be quite annoying, especially in the kitchen area. Everything is super-clean, everything works, though we had to plug the TV antenna ourselves. Instead of the king size bed with cheap wobbly mattress (maximum shaking, noise and partner disturbance),...

"Front desk on arrival were a bit distracted and did not give us full attention. Gossiping among themselves . Key rooms were not programmed and had to come back. Was supposed to give us a 10 percent discount on restaurant but didn’t . Had to remind the girl at checkout, who was excellent and very helpful and accommodating. "

"I have stayed at the Atlantis many times. It is reasonably priced and just across the road from the sky bus. Room is clean and basic with a small kettle to make tea and coffee. No minibar. Toiletries consist of soap and a shampoo and conditioner. No face washer. Perfectly good stay for my last night in Melbourne. Just out the door there is plenty of food options and a cokes supermarket. The free tram is also at the front door. I had a voucher for breakfast but glad I didn’t pay money for it....
