"Spectacular hotel convenient for an overnight stay and exploration of London. Shared a beautiful twin room with my son after a visit to Wembley. Super clean room with great facilities. Excellent bedding and really comfortable beds. Great stop off point for us before our sightseeing the next day. "

"The hotel staff were very in active and really could not careless , The coffee machine was never working properly food trays always empty and it seemed a effort to replenish them for a complete breakfast the towel changed over no hand towels provided The shower leaked and kept us up all night "

"The staff were lovely and helpful, check in a check out were smooth and easy. The room was clean and well maintained (nice, comfortable bed), and the area was quiet and seemed safe. The room was slightly strangely configured, however--the bathroom was awkwardly small, there was clearly room for that to change. The climate control in the room was also slightly problematic, in spite of plenty of adjustment, I couldn't quite get it to a comfortable temperature."
