"The place is even better than advertised. It's location is close to many great amenities on Cortes, including fairly close to the ferry, the grocery and a nice, dockside restaurant. Sue was a pleasure to work with from beginning to end, always highly responsive. Really, this place is so great I'd like to keep it a secret so we can easily book for years to come. Can't wait to come back!"

"The breakfast and waitress Judy was amazing. Highly recommended. The Thai coconut spa on site is a must. Life changing and affordable. Front desk lady wasn’t too personable. Check in was kinda meh No elevators from main floor up which is horrid for someone with a bad knee. Would be really nice since u have to go down flights stairs to breakfast and Spa and back up to floor 6. Again fine but not with a bad knee. I finally caved on last day and asked them to take my bags down "

"Adorable heritage cottage that has family pride all over it! The cabin is quaint, cute and very well appointed with all that is needed for a home away from home. The care that goes into this older cabin is obvious. We were very comfortable and had complete privacy during our stay. Loved it and would certain recommend AND book again. "My family enjoyed our stay in Tina’s house. Everything we needed was there, the kitchen was well stocked and all the room were nicely furnished. The view overlooking Heriot Bay was constantly changing, with boats and the ferry coming and going. We would definitely stay again."

"What a gem! Calm water, crabs everywhere, porpoises out the window. It is a classic Canadian cabin, just like in lake country, except without the mosquitoes but with salmon right outside. We managed to get there in a small open boat (our big one was out of commission) by doing a deal with nearby April Pt Marina."

"Overall the area is obviously stunning and beautiful, so that’s the main reason to stay there. It’s calm, quiet and a great place to unwind. The lodges themselves are a little rustic and basic, but they are fine. The service was super friendly and helpful. Was truly disappointed in the restaurant. The prices were expensive and for $45 I would have expected the seafood pasta to have fresh local seafood (after all…it’s located on the ocean) but the frozen seafood which barely had any meat to it...
