Those hotel is quaint. Our room was a little dirty crumbs on the floor dust on lamps. Staff was a little too relaxed, but I would recommend this place to family and friends. I would encourage management to talk with its employees about being a little more professional and focusing on details of cleanliness

Discovered after checking in that the property had been running on a generator and would have limited power for the next few days. We would have to make do with intermittent air conditioning during our stay, resulting in a room that was never truly comfortable. No advanced notice of the problem, no offer of any consideration, and, until I emailed the property after we checked out, no apology. We have enjoyed staying with them in the past, but for this visit, we were very disappointed.

We checked in, nothing explained to do with breakfast, problem with the room etc, got in lift key card didn’t work, rang for for assistance in lift, got us out but said find another way ? Got to room , no power to tv or main room , one side light worked in room,had to charge phones etc in bathroom, we phoned down to reception to change room , phoned back half hour later to be told no other rooms available because of power problem, so had to stay, bed was comfortable, overall great looking hotel and valet staff great, just the rest of it terrible, wouldn’t stay or recommend it

We stayed in a large king suite and we didn’t want to leave. Everyone at the property was very attentive and the amenities were on point. We could have stayed two or three more days. The neighborhood is wonderful for bars and unique shops and restaurants. We will definitely be back.

The property was very attractive but not set up well for visitors. The rooms were very dark, in the bathroom the lighting was so bad that it was difficult to put on make up. The coffee that was supposed to be in the lobby from 5 am was gone by 6:45. There were no eggs one day for breakfast. The valet lost our car keys and the “app” that you had use to get your car was hard to use. The ice machine was a joke. It had a loose plastic bag in it with a few cubes. You just had to reach your hand in and get the cubes. I would never return there and for the price certainly not recommend it
