I liked the complimentary airport shuttle and hotel security policies. I did not like that we paid for a room w/ kitchen and got a fridge and microwave ... no stovetop or wet bar as advertised, no silverware, no plates, no cups, nothing. When I asked the front desk for a cork screw, I was told there was nothing available at the hotel. Staff members gave very conflicting information on different occasions. Very basic hotel ... only 2 soap bars, no additional bathroom conveniences. Not what we expected for a King suite! Noisy location. Disappointing stay.

It was a good place to stay. It was clean and the staff was professional. They brought towels right away when I requested them. The airport shuttle was scheduled every hour and left on time. The parking was reasonalble (about $17 per night) and it was very easy to use. I would recommend this property to anyone who needs to stay by the LAX airport!

The hotel required a deposit on arrival which we were aware of when we booked. We paid the deposit on our credit card where exchange rates were applied. When we recieved our credit on the deposit, the exchange rate applied was significantly less resulting in a $5 difference. However the exchange rate had not "improved" that much in 3 days to explain the difference. Lesson learned, wont be staying in a hotel that requires a post booking deposit.

The shuttle was slow and hard to get in and out of. The key cards kept not working. No shampoo or soap. Very run down for price. Fridge half worked. Never again.
