"We booked through Hotels.com, and they goofed: We thought we were getting a Deluxe room, which is what we usually stay in (we are Best Western members, and won't reserve through a third party ever again). The regular room had an unpleasant odor, and the night manager Monica checked out several rooms with me until we found one that was better. However, it had a super noisy heater that cycled on and off all night (which kept me awake) and was on an exterior, noisier walk way, not in the main...
