"The hotel was old but clean. The bed was really comfortable. However, the hotel is directly above a subway station so you hear it rumbling and roaring every few minutes. Not conducive to a good night’s sleep. We can’t say enough about the staff! They are fantastic and helped us out whenever we asked."

"Beautiful hotel. A bit outside of town but they have complimentary shuttles to the touristy areas and just a 5 min walk to the metro. Room was clean, turn down service provided, we used the spa one day, had a lovely pan-Asian dinner in one of their restaurants - overall a pleasant stay in Lisboa. Recommend!"
