This was a perfect location for a short sightseeing few days. The staff couldn’t be more helpful and informative of the surroundings from places to visit, tours and dining experiences. Welcome drinks and nibbles an added bonus.

The best hotel staff in Lisbon. Always so pleasant and helpful. It’s a great place staffed by great people. I’ve stayed there twice so far and I’m excited for a third time!

Lobby was very pretty. We were welcomed and everything was explained well. The staff was very attentive. The alley to the entrance was dirty and had homeless people living in cardboard.

Short walk from either of the two Rossio metro stations. About a gentle 10 min walk down to the riverside. Staff friendly, welcoming & knowledgeable of the local area. All in all the perfect accommodation for our stay in Lisbon.
