"The location, size, staff and amenities were all excellent. Only negative was the shower, which was very impractical and the toilet area which was quite small and awkward. If you get up a night and forget about the step, it could be a hazard. Everything else was perfect. Would stay again, maybe try a different room with a better bathroom. "

"The space was perfect for my short Lisbon stay. I LOVED being close to the Alfama district. So many genuine shops owned by Portuguese locals with goods created by Portuguese creatives. Perfect area to get to know the culture and meet incredible people. It was very noisy the night I was there but I don’t get the impression that was normal. Easy check in instructions."

"A quaint little hotel of 8 rooms on the top floor of a commercial building. Rooms are modern, clean and comfortable. We were provided with a kettle in our room, but only decaf-coffee and sugar provided, no milk or whitener. On requesting normal coffee, we were given more decaf sachets... Breakfast was OK - the breakfast room is tiny and very cramped. No hot food at breakfast. The hotel was well situated, close to a metro station and very close to one of the best Christmas markets we found on...
