"This house was perfect for our group. It was very clean. There was plenty of space to eat and sleep and TONS of fun amenities - no one was bored. The communication with the property managers was amazing. I received friendly reminders about trash/recycling. We did have a minor issue one evening. I sent a text to the property managers to notify them. I received a phone call within 5 minutes of my text and the issues was resolved that evening. That is fantastic customer service. I would recommend...

"This is an amazing property!! The house exceeded our expectations! Loads of room and the host provided many games in the house.. Ms Pacman, ping pong, air hockey, and foosball, to name a few!! We all had so much fun!! The house was super clean and had everything we needed. The host was very accessible and responsive to every question or concern we had. Highly recommend this 5 star VRBO!! "The quiet yard with a courtyard feel is a great feature of this little property . We enjoyed this very much. The gentlemen hosts do a good job but a “woman’s touch “ might be something to entertain for housekeeping details but overall this is a safe neighborhood near the bike/walking trail and provides a homey spot to land . Dominique who greeted us knows the area and gave us his review of good nearby places to eat and directed us to the bike trail which was a few blocks away . Thank you...

"I stayed there with a small group of friends after having a long day at the beach to really chill and sleep before driving back home. It was a nice 15ish minute drive from the beach. This was through another company ( not just someone’s rental house ) so they had an $800 deposit, which was unexpected but it does come back. Now, getting into the neighborhood while it was dark seemed slightly sketch as the car next door had holes in its car and overall wasn’t the nicest neighborhood. The neighbors...

"The little place was very quaint. The bed was more comfortable than my own and the shower was huge. Loved the little fenced in yard, loved the landscape. My only complaint would be better ac. The little units caught up later at night. Im very hit blooded so thats probably just me. Overall a great place to stay. My son complained about the internet, but that doesnt bother me i dont play games and he will survive lol. Highly recommend, close to everything and the price point was good."
