"It is an awesome resort at a great price. It is set as a 2 star hotel but it has a 4 star for us. They also have a "ride" service that we could request by phone from the room to visit other areas of the resort if you do not wish to walk. The staff is great! They are always ready to assist with a smile. We enjoyed the safety in the facility and with the lifeguards in every corner of the waterpark to make it safe for the kids an all in every ride. Frontdesk started the amazing experience with great customer service and always listening to take our request into consideration. Thank you guys!"

"Odette was so sweet and engaging, made us feel so welcomed and comfortable from the start. She was so accommodating and helpful. The suite was so spacious and clean. The kitchen was a plus. Kids loved the pool and there was also a hot tub and game room. Breakfast was very good. Staff were all great. Special thanks to you, Odette! We will definitely be back for our next Disney trip! "

"This hotel is one my family and I would usually book, however it has absolutely gone down hill fast. There is absolutely NO dining area on premises, zero ice machines, rust and mold in the rooms, and no coffee makers in any rooms. We had to go off property just to even get a meal or snack. Oh and housekeeping is done ONLY after you check out. So needless to say, we WON'T be staying here again."
