"This property is so nice. We loved the pools and BBQs. The staff keep the grounds so well maintained. Our host was excellent.
Would definitely look at staying again.
Great little restaurants and shops near by. Across from great beaches."
"Excellent suite! They even had stuff for us to borrow free of charge like beach chairs, cooler, beach towels, etc. I am not sure if every unit has an air conditioner but ours did. Certainly a nice area and she had a couple patios for guests to utilize."
"The stay was great. Each and everything was very well thought. The host was really great. Eva was very helpful and gave us great suggestions. The breakfast had many options. Really really well thought out. 100% recommend this place. "
"I can’t say enough how incredible the service and the place are. Elena is very accommodating to the core. It is close to the beach, across the road, and convenient to all other tourist location in the island. Definitely recommended."

"We stayed in the new Kai tower and it was perfect. Very clean, large rooms, beautiful views, felt safe, nice pool with food and live music, walkable to beaches, shopping, restaurants, and free bike rental. I would definitely stay here again in Kihei."
"The property is in a non-resort area, in that although there are lots of places to stay all around, their are also regular houses, apartments, and local shopping close by.
Several restaurants, drug stores, and food stores are nearby, plus beaches.
