The property is well worth the money. It is well ventilated, in good working condition. My only concern is that the staff, especially the cleaning, are probably stretched to the the limit. It started on the first day, the toilets were clogged. There was no service, we were offered a different room or a plunger. I choose the second, as after a day's ride and settlement, we were too tired to move another room. On other days, we ordered room cleanup, but it didn't happen, we had to wait the for the next day. Other then that - the place is in great location. There's a city bus to NY that on some hours goes in and out from the hotel, and on other times, just a few minutes walk from it. The rooms are in good condition and well ventilated. For the right price, it was a great recommended choice for a family on a trip for NY
