The ac would not go lower than 74 degrees, making the room really hot and muggy. Asked if they could fix it, guy tells me just rest it :/ did nothing as expected… I did not bother to ask again felt they did not really care. But I should have brought it to their attention.

The hostess made me wait till 3 PM on the dot in order to check in, The elevator was not working, and the hot tub was out of order. I had to walk up two flights of stairs to get to my room which smelled like urine and the desk chair cushion was ripped and the fabric cover was hanging off. The electrical in the rooms were janky and the tub was dirty and water was slow to drain. The breakfast did not include eggs or bacon or sausage. Housekeeping did not tend to our room the whole 4 days we stayed there. Very disappointing.

This property is unkept and smells of mold and mildew. The amenities were not available and the elevator was broken. By far the worse place I ever stayed and sad because it was my birthday celebration!

Someone on the day of my check in gave my reserved room away, but the staff was very polite and was quick to get me a different room. It’s an old La Quinta that's has on going renovations, but the staff is amazingly friendly and accommodating.

The property is very outdated. There’s an old phones from the 90s, no usb plugs even the alarm clock is old. The shower drips, the blow dryer is from the 90s. The room weren’t properly cleaned. The cleaning service is only available upon request however, the leaves at 2 PM. And there’s additional $100 fee when you get there that no one tells you about.

Wasn’t sure if property was undergoing renovation or closing down. No sign or hotel name up, breakfast was very limited, elevators were not working and room had a very distinct moldy smell that stuck to your clothes. The room was however very spacious and the bed was comfortable.

This property had many safety concerns. There were 2 busted out windows on the first floor of the property. The back door leading to the pool and jacuzzi was boarded up. The pool nor jacuzzi were in working order. There was trash and rubbish around the entire outside of the property, including old shoes, socks & a large old LaQuinta sign. The front desk worker Victor would not give us enough towels to shower. There were 3 of us staying in a double room & he insisted that the towel limit was only 2 towels per room. He argued with me about Thai in front of my minor daughters for 15 minutes.

DO NOT STAY HERE! THESE PICTURES THAT IS SHOWING IS FAKE. Upon walking in, there was a kid that was checking me in at 3:40 pm. He then told us wait for 15-20 mins so around 4:10pm I came back he said the room I booked which was the suite wasn’t available he gave me 2 other options for rooms. I can’t stay at any of the other rooms because I was traveling with 4 people that’s why I booked a suite. I ask if there was a manager he said the manager doesn’t allow him to give out his number so he gave us this weird email that doesn’t work. I saw a huge ass rat scrambling across the main area i immediately ask for a refund. The air vents were black and dusty. The pool had wooden boards all boarded up. There were roaches and rats. The hotel didn’t even have a sign of their name up. Do yourself a favor and don’t book this place. Legit a scam

It was sketchy looking from arriving. No signs anywhere and i understand they switched over and are new but between the lack of signage and the debri in the parking lot the hotel looks like its about to be demoed. Also on Expedia it states there is a pool and hot tub which were not working. Hotel rooms were clean.

Fitz was amazing but he’s only a worker. The first night we were met by roaches. We switch to another room, we upgrade but no better. The sink was clogged and the fiasco centered around the remote. There’s a saying “You get what you pay for”. This place is NOT safe for single women!!! Another hotel guest appeared to be fixated on me. The elevator was not working. There’s no security cameras in the stairwells along with not enough staff to adequately protect and maintain the property. We stayed for the weekend but use your best judgment when booking at this place. I did not feel safe as a woman, in a group!

Hotel reeked of bleach and comet that made eyes burn. Mold throughout shower, bathroom, and air conditioner. Dirty stained bedding. No hot water, at all. Left water running for 20 minutes and water barely got luke warm. Toilet would not flush.

I should’ve checked the reviews before staying at this hotel. The elevator didn’t work I was told that breakfast would not be served. There was no shampoo in my room when I called the front desk to ask for a shampoo I was told I had to go to the front desk to pick up shampoo, I asked for the phone number of the manager and was given a small slip of paper that they had on top of the desk when I called that number it was not the manager of the hotel .

My stay at this hotel was an absolute nightmare. From the moment I walked in, it was clear that this establishment had zero regard for cleanliness or guest comfort. FIRST the bedbugs. I woke up covered in bites, evidence of the infestation that clearly plagues this place. It's beyond unacceptable to subject paying guests to such a disgusting experience. And the mold! It was everywhere on the furniture, the walls, even the paintings. It's as if they're actively trying to cultivate a breeding ground for health hazards. The pictures I've attached speak for themselves, revealing the stark reality behind the false advertisement they peddle to unsuspecting customers.Furthermore, the lack of staff presence was astonishing. With only one person manning the front desk and the general manager mysteriously absent, it's no wonder this place is in shambles. This level of unprofessionalism is unforgivable.Don't even get me started on the nonexistent pool they claim to have. The photos I've provided reveal a sad excuse for aquatic leisure, a far cry from the oasis depicted on their website. And let's not overlook the abundance of bugs and fruit flies infesting every corner of the premises.on top of this the elevator was out of order, adding yet another layer of inconvenience to an already dreadful experience. The fact that this establishment remains open is not only sad but also deeply concerning. Expedia's endorsement of trust, putting the health and safety of guests at risk FOR A PROFIT.

The entire stay was horrible, staying in hell would've probably been more convenient. There is never really any staff working the ones who were working barely spoke english or didnt have the information to help. i was there for 3 days, no one ever came to clean the room, change trash, give more towels or wash clothes. etc after being there for one day they locked our room and told us to pay a 100$ deposit before getting access back into our room. the night after we had to get another key made because the one we had stopped working randonly again. i would never stay here again , or even recommend my worst enemy.

The elevator did not work. Despite having an accessible room we had to climb 3 flights of stairs. The pool was not open and we were not informed of any of this until check in. Despite this being a non smoking property our entire floor and room reeked of cigarettes. 2/10 only because the staff was very nice.
